"Hey Steve, I was referred to you by my boss David Kuo here at AOI. I was helped by Stephanie and she was amazing! Very eloquent to explain every small detail regarding multiple policies as we explored auto, flood insurance, rental insurance and home insurance. While unfortunately, due to personal investment circumstances, State Farm was unable to underwrite a policy for me but Stephanie was very good at being completely transparent and honest about doing business the right way while also going beyond her role to further explain policies even without being able to sell. As for auto, the price was very steep compared to Geico currently, and she still honestly recommended me a path without selling which shows how she cared about the customer. Hopefully, we are able to get an umbrella policy going as well as she helped introduce the 20pay life insurance coverage that I will explore!
